We are seeking a dedicated Contract Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting project execution and outage coordination. Position Overview: As a Contract Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance throughout the life cycle of various projects. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations (local, state, and federal). Manage and track contractual obligations to ensure full compliance. Support development and execution of Scope of Work (SOW) documents. Assist in progress tracking and performance reporting. Prepare and present schedule updates and status reports to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience with Oracle Primavera P6 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments Why Join Us?
