Description

The role of Contract co-ordinator is to execute the day to day operational and customer facing activity. The role is largely a development one in which the person will be required to work at different levels, in different sites and across functions supporting their colleagues in ensuring we consistently achieve our targets, both operational and strategic. This position requires an individual with a high level of customer service skills and an ability to effectively multi-task with a diverse range of responsibilities.

  • Undertake relevant staff development and encourage team members to participate at their appropriate level.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES

  • Ensure we consistently provide excellent customer care.
  • Taking overall responsibility for delivery service regardless of delivery channels, including the reporting of all relevant KPI’s.
  • Ensure the planning and execution of daily operation(s) is consistently achieved.
  • Ensure necessary resource and controls for the daily operation, ensuring we meet customer demand.
  • Maintain clear and continual communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.

STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Play and active and lead part in delivering the strategic aims of both the business and the customer
  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels to ensure all are acting aligned with company values and mission statement
