The Cricket Central Contract Co-Ordinator ensures seamless delivery of turf maintenance and site operations in alignment with our client’s requirements and the Cricket NSW calendar. The role oversees site scheduling, team leadership, client engagement, reporting, and operational excellence all coming together to execute delivery of our contract efficiently and effectively.
This role is based at the Cricket Central site in Silverwater and is a key role in the management of the site.

• High-quality, consistent turf and grounds presentation that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Effective supervision, coaching, and development of on-site team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships built on professionalism, responsiveness, and service excellence.
• Ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant use of all tools and machinery across the site and adherence to operational procedures.
• Proactive identification and implementation of site improvement opportunities.
