Iteris is looking for a Contract Coordinator to support the Project Manager and RTMC Manager with day-to-day business matters within the RTMC. What you will be doing: Reviewing monthly invoices and providing comments Collecting and maintaining invoices Projecting contract expenditures based on existing and future operational needs Supporting eTraffic, eSTORM, and other FDOT Central Office initiatives Handling all phone calls, faxes, and e-mails sent to the RTMC main contact addresses Greeting all visitors and ensuring adherence to applicable security procedures and entrance requirements (signing visitor log, issuing and receiving guest security badges, notifying individual being visited) Preparing documents using Microsoft applications; formatting, proofing, editing documents for errors Performing routine office or clerical support tasks according to well-established procedures Examples of work performed may include: receiving, logging in, sorting and distributing mail, preparing outgoing mail, photocopying, filing, posting or proofing data, or answering telephone calls and recorded messages Work performed may also include: composing routine correspondence, logging correspondence, scheduling meetings or appointments, maintaining the conference room schedule, maintaining/processing records and invoices, arranging travel, screening and directing incoming calls, providing information, maintaining files, or transcribing dictation Performing all other tasks assigned by FDOT What you need to be successful in this role: Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or Business Administration, or the equivalent of one (1) year experience in similar tasks Skilled in the use of Windows operating system Ability to write technical reports, correspondence, manuals Iteris anticipates paying an hourly rate between $25.50 and $27.00 for this role.
