WE WANT A CANDIDATE TO HAVE:

  • Most critical is to have a stellar personality who can work with Sales people, sales managers, financial and contract people.
  • Will need to be able to build strong relationships with both department personnel and sales.
  • So people skills is extremely important.
  • Ability to learn quickly we have a number of systems are being used and need folks who are smart enough to pick up the skills and handle challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least a few years of office experience, ideally related to work with contracts
  • A 4-year degree related to business or finance
  • Ideally some experience working with Salesforce and/or Model N
  • A resume and/or an interview that helps us understand what they have accomplished in their career
  • And good interpersonal skills on an interview that will make us comfortable that they would fit well with our team.
  • Nice to have is healthcare exp., contract exp., strong Excel, Tableau, and/or Salesforce exp.

EXPERIENCE

  • Healthcare industry experience very beneficial
  • Contracts and/or pricing experience very beneficial
  • Some professional office experience desirable
  • Sales support experience highly desirable

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors 4-year degree preferred but no lower than an Associates will be accepted.
  • Accounting/Finance background ideal (month-end closing type experience)

SKILLS - NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED

  • Microsoft Excel skills very beneficial Excel is used very often so having intermediate level and knowing how to do calculations.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint skills very beneficial
  • Tableau skills very beneficial
  • Salesforce and/or Model N experience a definite plus

Responsibilities
  • Sales Support for contract generation and maintenance
  • Contract language review, comparison, and where necessary assistance with negotiation and communication
  • Contract and pricing input into system (Model N)
  • Salesforce Use
  • Excel reporting and pricing calculations and analytics
  • Various Report generation (primarily using Excel, Powerpoint, and Tableau)
  • Strong written and verbal Communication skills required
