Description
Provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, utility requirements etc Advise on Client liability regarding any claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice only). Manage and track the closeout of claims in collaboration with the project team. Analyse and report on the Contractor's losses and expenses claims. Advise on the Contractor's entitlement to extensions of time in collaboration with project team. Analyse the Contractor's application(s) for extensions of time. Prepare documentation and/or provide advice to support proceedings: adjudication, mediation, arbitration, litigation, RFP, final Contract, Exhibits finalization, interim payment certification, etc. At least 6-8 years of working experience in similar roles and/or international companies. Excellent knowledge of English language (B2/C1) and a good level of Italian (B1/B2). Fidic Contract knowledge is a must. A degree in Engineering is a strong plus. A previous experience in the Data Center sector will be considered a strong plus. Strong oral and written communication skills. Available to travel domestically around 50% of the time. Ability to maintain productivity when required during remote-work/work from home scenarios.
