Description

Advise on Client liability regarding any claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice only) Manage and track the closeout of claims in collaboration with the project team. Analyse and report on the Contractor's losses and expenses claims Advise on the Contractor's entitlement to extensions of time in collaboration with project team. Analyse the Contractor's application(s) for extensions of time Prepare documentation and/or provide advice to support proceedings: adjudication, mediation, arbitration, litigation, RFP, final Contract, Exhibits finalization, interim payment certification, etc Weekly/monthly meeting attendance Visit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the main Contractor and other sub contractors undertaking the project First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life. You pride yourself for the part you play in transforming the world around you and understand the importance of teamwork. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Construction Management,) At least 6-8 years of working experience in similar roles and/or international companies An Excellent level of Fidic Contract knowledge is a must Previous experience in the Data Centre sector is highly preferred
