Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Contract Data Administratorto work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of a precision control components company. In this role, you will support the Contract Administration team by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of contract data, maintaining compliance with Moog’s internal processes, and providing administrative support across government and commercial contracts. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in contract administration, data management, or related role.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems for job order entry and tracking.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Government procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS).
  • Experience working in aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Ability to interpret contract requirements and support compliance efforts

Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain contract data in Moog’s systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and government requirements.
  • Support the review of purchase orders and contracts for consistency with proposals and internal policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of job orders in the production master schedule and MRP system.
  • Maintain current and accurate contract files, including quotations, purchase orders, change orders, and negotiation history.
  • Support internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, sales, and program management) with timely and accurate contract data.
  • Coordinate with Contract Administrators and Sales & Marketing on schedules, forecasts, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation for U.S. Government approvals when required.
  • Provide administrative support for audits, compliance reviews, and reporting.
