Salary range: £53,607 - £56,646 p.a. inc. London weighting
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time

Responsibilities
  • Commission and manage high-value mechanical and electrical services, repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment projects.
  • Lead contract performance, project design, budgeting, procurement, and delivery.
  • Deliver customer-focused, compliant, and value-driven services.
  • Provide expert surveying advice across the Council.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Housing, Compliance, and Planning teams.
  • Manage contractor performance, develop KPIs, and monitor quality.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory approvals and health and safety standards.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
  • Support sustainability targets, innovation, and continuous service improvement.
