Job Description Key Responsibilities:• Assist in day-to-day procurement operations including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.• Analyze supplier quotations, compare pricing, and prepare cost analysis reports.• Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases.• Support sourcing activities by collecting and organizing supplier information.• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.• Prepare procurement-related reports and dashboards for management review.• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.Required Skills and Competencies:• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.• Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts.• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools; familiarity with systems (Sharepoint, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.• Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and cross-functional coordination.• Ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines.• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Qualifications Education and Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering.• 0–1 year of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (internship or academic projects preferred).
