Multi-Channel SourcingEmployee Referrals: Drive internal referral programs by engaging with current employees and managing the referral database.Campus Recruitment: Assist in organizing and executing campus hiring drives, maintaining relationships with placement cells, and coordinating with student applicants.Direct & Vendor Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media (LinkedIn), and non-vendor channels to find active talent. Coordinate with existing vendors to ensure a steady flow of profiles.2. Candidate Assessment & Ground EngagementConnect with applicants 'on the ground'—conducting initial screenings, phone interviews, and face-to-face interactions.Evaluate candidates based on a minimum threshold defined for specific business processes.Manage the candidate experience from the first point of contact through to the final assessment.3.
