Job Description End User Computing Operations. IT Asset & Inventory Management. IT Compliance Management. Hands & Eyes Support for Data Centre. Endpoint & Infrastructure Support Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support. Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, endpoint security, and ITSM tools. Experience providing onsite support for network, server, and infrastructure teams. Good Communication. English B2 minimum.
