Description

Responsible for wideband gap semiconducting material development throughout the life cycle from initial setup, to product optimisation, and lastly yield improvements Support R&D metrology engineers to advance characterisation efforts using various analytical techniques such as Photoluminescence, X Ray, optical imaging, document processes and results: present results for process qualification BS or MS Degree in Physics, Materials science, computer science, electrical, electronics or other engineering Experience in running R&D equipment involving multiple parameters is a plus We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
