Description
This will be a 1-year fixed term contract position. Job Description In your new role you will: Responsible for wideband gap semiconducting material development throughout the life cycle from initial setup, to product optimisation, and lastly yield improvements You will work with R&D and process engineering teams on materials science aspects Validating process specifications, performing process development using DOE, and assessing new product CPK for each new technology Support R&D metrology engineers to advance characterisation efforts using various analytical techniques such as Photoluminescence, X Ray, optical imaging, document processes and results: present results for process qualification Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: BS or MS Degree in Physics, Materials science, computer science, electrical, electronics or other engineering Experience in running R&D equipment involving multiple parameters is a plus #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
