Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare accurate contract quotations and other relevant contractual documentation with attention to detail and maintaining accurate documentation
• Ensure measurements, items, and technical aspects are correct in contract preparation
• Lead and manage the contract estimation team. Mentor staff, fostering development, team morale and adherence to company policies
• Adhere to deadlines, prioritise tasks, evaluate and improve key performance indicators and achieve optimum outcomes efficiently
• Develop & continually critique / monitor estimating processes & strategies, ensuring our systems are of best practice in the industry
• Induct new Contract Estimating staff, provide training monitor & assist team with relationship development
• Provide high-level customer service and guidance to estimators on construction querie
