Position Summary
Are you a creative, dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for graphic design? If so, we’d love to hear from you! Our team is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join Farrow’s Marketing department. You’ll work alongside our Marketing Content Creator to create in-house and external creative assets that elevate the Farrow brand through impactful content, enhance visibility, and drive awareness. Join our fun, energetic team members who bring diverse skills to Farrow’s Marketing team.
This role will report to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design compelling print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, and other collateral
  • Develop e-marketing materials, social media assets, and website graphics to support campaigns
  • Prepare detailed, production-ready files for both print and digital platforms
  • Create engaging motion graphics and short-form video content (e.g., GIFs, reels)
  • Contribute fresh ideas during concept development while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity
  • Write and proofread copy for creative assets to ensure clarity, tone, and accuracy
  • Build visually engaging proposals and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Ensure brand consistency and uphold high-quality standards across all creative deliverables

Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Graphic Design, or Multimedia Design
  • 4+ years of Graphic Design experience

Competencies, Working Skills & Attributes

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles including color theory, composition, and typography
  • Proficiency in both digital and print design, including marketing collateral, POS materials, email, and web assets
  • Experience in UX/UI design principles is considered a strong asset but not mandatory
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is considered a strong asset but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in WordPress CMS, and/or Pardot (Salesforce Email Platform) is considered a strong asset but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated oral, written and editing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to time manage multiple simultaneous concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to sit and focus on a computer screen for extended period
  • Manual dexterity required to use a desktop computer and peripherals
  • Must work under deadline and related stresses in a timely and efficient manner
