We are seeking an experienced Contract High-Volume Recruiter to support rapid hiring initiatives within the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for large volumes of operational, technical, and logistics roles supporting device processing, data destruction, refurbishment, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and has strong experience hiring hourly and production-focused talent while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment across high-volume requisitions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring timelines, and skill requirements Drive recruiting efforts for roles such as: Device Processing Technicians Warehouse Associates Logistics & Inventory Specialists Data Destruction Technicians Repair/Refurbishment Technicians IT Support and Technical Operations roles Execute high-volume sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, referrals, and local talent pipelines Conduct structured phone screens and candidate evaluations Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain efficient hiring workflows Ensure compliance with company policies, background checks, and industry data-security standards Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and reporting metrics Support hiring events, job fairs, and rapid workforce ramp-ups Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, including high-volume hiring Experience recruiting hourly, warehouse, manufacturing, or technical operations roles Strong understanding of fast-paced recruiting environments and workforce scaling Proven ability to manage 20–40+ open requisitions simultaneously Experience using ATS platforms (iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills EEO – Equal Employment Opportunity The Company is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, creed, color, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, gender, ethnicity, religion, national origin, ancestry, nationality, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, genetic information, or on any other basis prohibited by law (except where an attribute is a bona fide occupational qualification)
