Description
Learning & Development & Inclusion Champion Partner with the L&D and related global functions, local employees resource groups / teams to coordinate and promote local and corporate learning programs. Maintain and communicate the regional learning calendar. Provide logistical and administrative support including ERGs, on all required support and event coordination and communications. Manage the end-to-end coordination of new hire induction and quarterly orientation programs. Facilitate new hire assimilation processes to ensure a smooth and engaging integration into the company culture. Support the HRBP team in the monthly payroll process, annual compensation review, and benefits renewal administration. Manage the adhoc inquiries relating to work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for all LRSEA employees. Support internal communication efforts to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience. Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HRBP team, including data reporting, analysis, and process documentation. Assist HRBPs in implementing solutions for people-related matters and strategic projects. Act as a generalist overseeing all of the HR and adhoc operational tasks Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Min. 3 years of experience in a hands-on HR role, preferably within a generalist or operations capacity in a MNC matrixed organizations. Demonstrated interest and/or experience in supporting and executing L&D agenda internally and externally, ERGs and inclusion related initiatives. Strong operational aptitude with a willingness to manage both strategic support tasks and tactical HR matters. Keen attention to detail, high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. A adaptable team player, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Aspiring HR professional eager to learn and grow within the HRBP model.
