Our client is looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Contract HRMS Specialist to join their HR team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) who wants to contribute to a dynamic HR department. Job Requirements:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Experience with an HRIS system and have previously performed data entry within one. Experience with any HR system is welcome; PeopleSoft or Oracle Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who can take ownership of their responsibilities, is a team player, and demonstrates maturity in handling confidential information.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or two or more years of equivalent experience with HR and benefits systems
Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES:

  • Entering all employee information and verifying its accuracy.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and understanding HR transactions before data entry.
  • Maintaining a regular audit schedule to ensure data integrity.
  • Assisting with customer service and problem resolution, knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Coordinating with HR administrators to promptly respond to requests.
