Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Lead to join our team at G4S, working with our Energy client. This role will be responsible for the management, safety and security of sites in multpile locations across Australia. Ensuring adherence to Standard Operation Procedures, Human Resources and Health and Safety requirements. You are a strong communicator with excellent client and stakeholder management capability, and ability to build strong relationships at both a local and international level, along with experience in the preparation of operational documents, SOP’s and a commitment to continuous operational improvement.

Reporting in to the GM of Integrated Security, the Contract Leader will assume responsibility for managing all aspects of the contract including;

  • Identify and resolve complex operational, planning and workforce issues as they arise
  • Provide reports and correspondence including daily data, performance reports and analysis
  • Managing a large team of Supervisors and Security Officers
  • Overseeing security systems and ensuring their proper functioning
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing security measures
  • Developing and implementing security policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Proven experience in managing multi-site contracts, security related-project management and a demonstrated ability to deliver efficiencies
  • Demonstrable managerial and leadership skills with a proactive approach to the management of operational activities
  • Experience within a client services environment with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Queensland security license - Static Guard/Crowd Control
  • Certificate III - Security operation
