Job Summary: Contract Lifecycle Analyst provides professional support by coordinating the contracting management processes for all LLUH entities, including the collection and management of all contracts, ensuring consistent workflow, process management, and collection of required approvals and signatures. Assists in the development and maintenance of institutional standards for contract and document control and works with department across LLUH to educate staff and facilitate compliance. Performs other duties as needed.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or related required. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum two years of experience with contract lifecycle management required; preferably working with CLM platforms.
Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, contracting best practices, and contract negotiation. Able to extract data from multiple systems. Strong skills in problem solving, project management, data analysis, and business intelligence tools. Familiarity with California Laws and regulations. Able to use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; collaborate and accept direction. Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; manage multiple assignments effectively; organize and prioritize workload; work well under pressure; problem solve; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail; work independently with minimal supervision. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position.
