YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • 2 – 5 years’ experience of 2nd level IT support, preferably on-site in a hardware-rich environment
  • 0 – 2 years’ experience in large scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations with strong preference given to eCommerce / Fashion / Retail experience, preferably in multinational companies with matrix organizational structure
  • Proven track record of successful completion of projects related to hardware/software installations and maintenance
  • Knowledge and understanding of Windows 11 Desktop and Helpdesk support
  • Experience with metric oriented and data analysis-based work environments characterized by the respect of strict SLAs and deadlines and ability to prioritize issues and tasks by using ticketing systems
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

The IT Expert works within Contract Logistics. In this case, She/He will operate for adidas Campus South, our new fully automated warehouse located in Mantua, which, with over 130,000 square metres, will represent an unparalleled example of excellence and innovation in automated technology operations. Working as part of the IT National team, the IT Expert will ensure the proper functioning of hardware, software and Internet connections related to the site, by running help desk activities and monitoring/managing ticketing tools.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor the health of IT infrastructure of the warehouse
  • First and Second level support on IT Systems, both onsite and remotely
  • Manage, administer, and support the server and network infrastructure
  • Install and configure local hardware like radio-frequency scanners, label printers, PCs, laser printers
  • Deploy and support KN and other business-related software applications to KN employees
  • Assist users in providing resolution to different IT related issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and systems
  • Provide documentation of existing IT and future systems
  • Cooperate on security of local IT network
  • Complete all tasks assigned by the National IT Manager
  • Support a 24x7 working environment
  • On-call duties (as required by business needs)
  • Support VOIP and other telephony systems
