This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values innovation, and is passionate about shaping the future of global logistics. ‎ The Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of all daily targets, goals, and process flows for Receiving, Returns, Inventory, and Outbound related activities. They provide feedback and coaching to the team, with a mindset towards cross training and people developmen How you create impact Lead 24/7 distribution operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with client requirements Oversee inventory flow, labor planning, training, and adherence to quality/safety standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, QSHE) Manage budgeting, P&L, performance reviews, audits, and compliance reporting Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, cross-training, and process optimization Ensure accurate, timely service delivery and engage with clients through regular business reviews Plan and schedule all logistics services including receiving, inspection, storing, delivery, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance, and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner, and in compliance with all applicable regulatory and quality standards Assure that orders are picked and processed timely and within prescribed quality and performance levels Track process productivities to ensure staffing models and employee cross training is aligned with expectations Ownership of tracking and documentation of out of scope work orders and overtime hours worked. Maintain employee awareness of and compliance to the Kuehne + Nagel Quality, Safety & Health, Environment, and Security Management Systems, (QSHE). Maintain compliance to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Coordinate and assist with internal and external QMS, Compliance, Customer and Operational audits.
