About the Role

To provide centralized resource and expertise supporting Contract Owners around:

  • Third Party On-boarding (TPM Input) including working with SME’s for both Contract Negotiations as well as Risk Assessment
  • Contract Administration (Budgeting, Contract Maintenance including Renewal, Amendment, Termination)
  • Create a Contract Owner “self help” page to empower Contract Owners in their Vendor & Supplier governance journey
  • Aid Contract Owners in preparing, negotiating, and assessing contracts for the sale or purchase of products or services.
  • Handle the planning, creation, and updating of contracts based on the needs of all interested parties.
  • Also check contracts for legal compliance as well as other ongoing monitoring reasons
  • Centralized expertise for the TPMS as well as dealing with the SME’s (Outsourcing, BCM, IT and Compliance & Risk for the risk assessment)
  • Alleviate workload from Contract Owners which is being carried out inconsistently by individuals across Group and AIAIM.
  • Centralize universe of contracts (working with Legal) making it easier to analyze and maintain live contracts.
  • Reduce multiple addendums to MSAs that have deviated overtime from the original scope of services.
  • Establish Legal & Finance process for executing, amending and terminating contracts for better consistency.
  • Harmonize contractual scope of services and commercials to align with how the vendor services are utilized.
  • Provide oversight and accountability of the contract lifecycle and ensuring quality services are being received

Job Requirements :

  • 5-10 years of Vendor Management and/ Contract Administration. Alternatively, skilled in Risk/Compliance/Audit will be considered as well.
  • Strong understanding of the role of Contract Owners
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with and handle multiple and changing priorities.
  • Project and change management experience.
  • Independent and strong self-initiative
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
