We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Management Coordinator (Saudi National) to support the oversight and administration of ongoing contracts over a 1-year engagement. The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience in contract management or related functions and will be responsible for monitoring deliverables, tracking timelines, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance and performance across multiple agreements. Key Requirements Saudi National. Approximately 5 years of experience in contract management or contract coordination. Solid understanding of contract lifecycle processes, terms, and compliance monitoring. Ability to collect and organize contract-related data, track milestones, and report on progress. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for contract tracking and reporting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Other Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple contracts simultaneously. Experience using contract management systems or enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools is a plus. Key Responsibilities Monitor and track the execution of active contracts, ensuring key deliverables and timelines are met. Collect and maintain accurate contract data and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to follow up on contractual obligations. Assist in tracking performance, risks, and dependencies related to contract implementation. Prepare and update status reports and dashboards for management review. Support the contract renewal, amendment, or closure processes as needed. Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Escalate issues or delays in contract performance to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
