We are seeking a highly qualified Contract Management Officer to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong legal background and a deep understanding of Canadian regulatory frameworks, especially in healthcare or nonprofit settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage various contracts and agreements for the clinic
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian laws and applicable healthcare regulations
  • Liaise with partners, service providers, and legal representatives
  • Monitor deadlines, renewals, and contract obligations
  • Provide legal guidance and risk assessment when requiredQualifications:
  • Doctorate (PhD or JD) in Law
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management or legal advisory roles
  • Full proficiency in English, French, and Farsi
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated commitment to Canadian legal and ethical

standardsCompensation:

  • $30 per hour
