Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance, and optimizing our contractual relationships. Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts throughout their lifecycle Ensure full compliance with contract terms, company standards, and local regulations Lead contract negotiations and support the development of procurement strategies Review and analyze contract terms, conditions, and risks Oversee contractor and consultant performance against established KPIs Manage the review and processing of change orders, claims, and disputes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract objectives are met Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes Provide regular reports on contract performance and financial implications Stay updated on local and international contract laws and best practices Qualifications Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Minimum of 12 years of extensive experience in contract management, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial practices Proven track record in performance monitoring, claims management, and commercial reporting Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Knowledge of Qatar's business practices and regulations (preferred) Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CCCM, CCMA) is a plus Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
