In the Build Division we specialise in several areas of Building work including Repairs & Maintenance and VOID properties.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience is essential.
· An understanding of the construction industry
· Strong leadership skills
· Building knowledge/regulations
· Organisational and prioritising skills
· The ability to use your initiative.
· Approachable with excellent customer service
· Clean Driving Licence

Responsibilities
  • The role is both site and office based.
  • Surveying and costing of the work required.
  • Identifying and booking in Operatives to carry out the work.
  • Managing the work to ensure it meets deadlines
  • Dealing with any unexpected cost/variations.
  • Attending site to monitor progress and carry out Health & Safety audits.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and operatives
    You will need to have experience of working with Repairs and Maintenance/VOID Contracts, surveying experience, quoting for works and working from an agreed schedule of rates.
    Have an excellent understanding of pricing and timelines for completion of works and be able to communicate to operatives on site and advise them on the technical specifications.
    With this in mind, it is imperative that the right candidate should pride themselves on customer service, professionalism and high-quality workmanship. Working with a helpful back-office team, the successful candidate should be able to liaise with the office and technical based team.
