CONTRACTS MANAGER – BUILDING SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE.

• Salary: £48,031 per annum plus benefits
• Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
• Home-based with regular travel across Magna Sites

• Oversee various work streams in the building safety domain, manage external contracts, and ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Provide technical expertise, project management, and quality assurance of external contract works and projects, while managing budgets effectively.
• Manage and support a team, ensuring accurate and updated documentation, and adherence to KPIs.
• While expertise in building and fire safety is beneficial, our priority is a thorough understanding of building regulations and contract management.
