The Role Kikoff is hiring a contract Business Development Manager to drive partnerships creation within the Legal Industry. This role owns the full partnership lifecycle - from sourcing and deal execution to launch and long-term growth - and sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and revenue. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to bring our products to market through high-impact partnerships. What You’ll Do Own the full business development and partnership lifecycle: prospecting, evaluation, negotiation, closing, launch, and long-term account growth Lead strategic and financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring across benefit-first, monetization-driven, and hybrid partnership models Build trusted relationships with senior leaders at law firms and enterprise partners Manage complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships, coordinating internally across product, engineering, design, finance, accounting, legal, and growth teams Act as the voice of the customer, translating partner needs and market insights into product and go-to-market priorities Monitor the competitive landscape and identify new technologies, product extensions, and partnership opportunities that accelerate growth What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of work experience in BD, or sales. Background in client-facing or project management roles is strongly preferred Experience owning a funnel end-to-end: from prospecting to closing to account expansion. Familiarity with SMB, and Legal sales cycles Familiarity with Salesforce/Hubspot, ZoomInfo, CBinsights/Pitchbook, Tableau, Amplitude, Snowflake, and AI tools Are proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and accounting principles to build business cases for partners Strong communication, relationship-building, and selling skills with the ability to manage complex partnerships Base Range $133,000—$157,000 USD Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in San Francisco, CA.
