JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Asst. Contract Manager to oversee and manage construction, civil engineering, legal, and commercial contracts. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, mitigate risks, and optimize commercial outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for construction, civil engineering, and commercial projects.
Ensure all contractual terms comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Manage contract amendments, extensions, and terminations
Identify and mitigate contractual risks (delays, penalties, disputes).
Review and administration and identifying basic contractual risks of contracts of customer, suppliers and subcontractors
Updated compliance with local laws, legal terms and clauses as far as industry best practices.
Handle contractual claims, variations, and delay analysis.
Review payment terms, milestones, and penalties to ensure financial viability.
Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and legal advisors.
Maintain accurate contract records, correspondence, and change orders.

EDUCATION: BACHELOR’S OR MASTER’S IN CIVIL ENGINEERING, LAW, QUANTITY SURVEYING
