What you will do - Serve as a Contract Manager specialized in data center projects, proficient in FIDIC forms of contract, playing a critical role in ensuring the successful, on-time, and within-budget delivery of complex technical infrastructure. - Combine rigorous contractual administration with technical knowledge of data center construction methodologies. - Manage contractual administration and claims, including handling variations, claims, and disputes in accordance with FIDIC procedures (e.g., DAB/DAAB mechanisms). - Oversee commercial management, including project budget management, cost control, procurement, and tendering. - Develop and implement risk management strategies to manage and allocate risk associated with complex, high-stakes, multi-tenant, or hyperscale data center projects. What you will need - FIDIC Expertise: Proven experience in managing contracts based on the FIDIC suite (specifically Red, Yellow, and Silver Books), including the 1999 and 2017 editions. - Data Center Construction Knowledge: Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including design principles, construction methodologies, electrical systems, HVAC, and security systems. - Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years in contract management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on high-complexity, large-scale construction projects.
