Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience of account/relationship managemen
Responsibilities
  • Work with Bid Writers to bring to bid for new students for their accounts
  • Build and maintain relationship with all stakeholders in the local authority
  • Manage all enquiries for their specific accounts, tutors, schools and parents
  • Create and communicate required information and reports to local authority
  • Attend and lead meetings with local authorities and parents
  • Ensure termly KPI’s are meet and exceeded where possible (number of students on roll with us)
  • Evaluate, analysis and monitor progress of each account
  • Recruit and onboard tutors
  • Conduct Tutor assessments and provide feedback
  • Build and maintain relationship with Tutors
  • Source & allocate the right Tutor to their allocated contracts
  • Support their tutors with all aspects of the role (lessons plans, communication)
  • Evaluate, analysis and monitor progress of each tutor
  • Process Tutor documentation for each contract
  • Any other key duties that may be asked
