Expert Property Care are recruiting a Contract Manager within our Local Authority / Social Housing & Care Home Sector.
This role entails surveying properties, assessing repairs, diagnosing causes and providing effective solutions.
Must have the ability to produce schedules, detailed workplans, calculating costs and profit margins.
Maintaining relationships with our established client portfolio and meeting their service levels is essential.
Using a combination of direct labour and sub-contractors, the Contract Manager will deploy resources to meet and maintain the demands of the clients.
The team has a knowledgeable and experienced Business Support administrator which the Contract Manager will work closely with.

SUMMARY

  • Reaching KPI’s alongside your Business Support handler set by the Operations Director
  • Managing a team of trades and subcontractors.
  • Achieving and maintaining monthly revenue
  • Maintaining job profits
  • Managing multiple insurance claims at one time up to the value of £50K each.
  • Building rapport and maintaining relationships with clients

  • Sound knowledge of Domestic Buildings
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proven Project Management Skills
  • Competent IT Skills
  • Health & Safety Knowledge
  • Clean driving license
  • Good Organisational Skills

    Experience within the industry and/or experience within a similar role is preferable.
