Expert Property Care are recruiting a Contract Manager within our Local Authority / Social Housing & Care Home Sector.
This role entails surveying properties, assessing repairs, diagnosing causes and providing effective solutions.
Must have the ability to produce schedules, detailed workplans, calculating costs and profit margins.
Maintaining relationships with our established client portfolio and meeting their service levels is essential.
Using a combination of direct labour and sub-contractors, the Contract Manager will deploy resources to meet and maintain the demands of the clients.
The team has a knowledgeable and experienced Business Support administrator which the Contract Manager will work closely with.
