Job Description We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager who will have a FIDIC Contract Manager Role on our Client’s Data centers projects to join our team. As a FIDIC Contract Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and execution of projects, while adhering to FIDIC guidelines and best practices. You will work closely with the project team, clients, consultants, and contractors to provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on FIDIC contracts and guidelines to project teams, clients, and stakeholders. Review and analyze contract documents, specifications, and drawings to identify compliance with FIDIC requirements. Collaborate with the project team to develop project execution plans and strategies aligned with FIDIC guidelines. Participate in the tendering and procurement process, ensuring contract terms and conditions align with FIDIC standards. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with FIDIC provisions. Assess and evaluate variations, claims, and disputes, providing technical recommendations and solutions in accordance with FIDIC procedures. Review and evaluate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with FIDIC contractual obligations. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and negotiations related to FIDIC contract administration and management. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of FIDIC-related activities, including correspondence, approvals, and changes. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team in addressing technical challenges and resolving issues. Stay updated with the latest developments in FIDIC standards, guidelines, and industry best practices Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experiences, with a strong emphasis on FIDIC contracts and guidelines. In-depth knowledge of FIDIC contracts, including the Red Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book. Proven track record of successfully managing FIDIC contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, design principles, and construction practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms and conditions in accordance with FIDIC guidelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and tools. Relevant certifications related to FIDIC contracts and project management are a plus. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
