MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in government contract or program management within Cloud Computing or Technology.
  • Experience with public sector framework agreements.
  • Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) security clearance; British Citizenship is required for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Design and manage agreement program efforts, including monthly consumption reporting, order flow, and billing/invoicing inquiries.
  • Interface with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure contract obligations and change requests are met. Build stakeholder relationships with teams and maintain collaborative engagement across multiple
  • Create contracting artifacts (i.e. Statement of Works (SOWs), Order Forms, and subcon agreements) that meet the unique needs of each customer, while also looking for opportunities to streamline the contracting process and remove any friction.
  • Maintain agreement records and documentation such as receipt and control of agreement management plans, agreement correspondence, audit reports, status reports, third-party product certifications, monthly reporting, and other documents.
  • Ensure contract artifacts are compliant, meet legal standards, manage contract risk and financial health. Review services listed under agreements, including checking for general service updates and product deprecation announcements.
