As our Contract Manager - Greece, you will play a central role in safeguarding the contractual lifecycle and enabling the successful execution of our energy projects. Curious what this mission looks like? Here it is: Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting to signature, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and project requirements. Review contractual terms, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies in close cooperation with legal, finance, and project teams. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and EPC partners to clarify obligations and ensure compliance. Monitor contract performance, key deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation. Act as a contractual point of contact during project execution, supporting smooth collaboration across teams. Maintain structured contract documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes. Your profile All right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it? To feel confident, effective, and happy in this role for the long run, your background would ideally look like this: Experience in contract management, commercial coordination, or project administration. Solid understanding of contractual structures within EPC, energy, or technical project environments. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and an organized, structured way of working. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external partners. English C1 and Greek C1; other European languages are a plus. Familiarity with negotiation basics, legal terminology, or project workflows is beneficial. Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a strong plus. Why us?
