KEY REPONSIBILITIES:

• Key point of contact for Hotel & OTA partner in Cocotel Indonesia
• Negotiate the best rate projection within the team & partner hotels
• Acquiring new market for Cocotel Indonesia
• Negotiating campaigns and improving allotment availability
• Monitor the differentiated product to ensure it reaches the maximum results.
• Ensuring hotel contents are up to date
• Analyze and identify trends and opportunity
• Conduct monthly reviews with accommodation suppliers
• Review rates comparison

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Love of numbers and data
• High adaptability to changes
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Relevant exposure in the OTA & Channel Manager will have an added advantage

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration
• At least 2 years in Hospitality Ecommerce/Revenue Position is required
• Experience work in Local / International Hotel chain environment is much preferred

- SALES & REVENUE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

• Well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects & tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic & creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good computer application skills (Google Sheets, Google Workspace).
• Based in Jabodetabek area
• Able to join immediately
