Job Title: Contract Manager. Job Location: Paris, France. Main Responsibilities: Act as a chief negotiator for frame agreement & sales contract, assume responsibilities for negotiation tactics production and implementation, and establish partnerships with customers medium/senior level managers. Establish strong relationships with the full sales team and provide strong proactive commercial/contractual guidance. Design commercial solutions, risk analysis, reply to commercial bids, and draft contracts. Organize all the functions (Solution/Delivery/Finance/Legal) to identify assumptions & risks, develop risk mitigation plans in the pre-sales phase. Ensure internal process application by triggering project and contract reviews and organize sales decision-making. Support local affiliates by clarifying group level commitments and ensure their application. Guide local affiliates to manage the risks and any disputes during contract life-cycle phase. Monitor the execution of company process in project operation and optimize the process in accordance with business and internal control requirement. Tracking, analysis, administration of conditions and obligations of the contract to ensure contract compliance, identify and manage the change opportunity during the in-life contract management phase. Requirements: 3-5 years of contract management experience in relevant position. Working in ICT or legal field will be preferred. Comprehensive understanding/deep knowledge of contracts terms and clauses (e.g.: payment terms, trade terms, taxation, business models, currency risk control, guarantees, penalties, liabilities, project planning milestones & principles, quotation principles, warranty conditions, IPR, etc). Ability and experience in understanding customers' requirements, to achieve the most suitable & efficient solutions for business objectives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with all levels of internal an external parties. Ability to work under pressure, fast learner, high energy, self-driven and not afraid to proactively find solutions and solve issues. Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively and flexibly in a multicultural environment. Bachelor degree or higher, in law, accounting, or relevant from an accredited university. Fluent in French and English (oral & writing).
