Job Description

CONTRACT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee and manage contracts associated with the delivery of multidisciplinary services for a major rail project. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of client-side services, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years project management experience
  • Pre-contract experience; post-contract will not be considered
  • NEC practical experience 2+years
  • Experienced in managing multiple concurrent contracts.
  • Local – ability to work from client office 3+ days per week.
  • Client-side experience preferable
  • Working knowledge of CEMAR preferable
  • Strong communication attributes required – chairing meetings, risk reduction workshops, contract performance reviews.
