As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for managing and optimizing all contractual aspects within the installation company's projects. You act as the central point of contact between various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, project leaders, and management. With your in-depth knowledge of contract law in the technical sector, you ensure that projects run smoothly and that risks are identified and mitigated in a timely manner. In this challenging role, you work closely with the project team and management to monitor contractual frameworks and manage changes. You are responsible for drafting and reviewing complex agreements, negotiating contract terms, and managing claims and disputes. Additionally, you advise management on contractual risks and opportunities, continuously striving to optimize processes and templates. With your expertise, you build a solid contract management function within the organization that has the potential to evolve into a strategic department. You can further develop towards a senior position or advance to a role as Head of Legal Affairs or Commercial Director.
