As an Infrastructure Contract Manager , you are responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing contractual agreements within infrastructure projects. You manage risks, performance, costs, and collaboration within the contract and act as the link between internal project teams, clients, and contractors. You ensure that contracts are correctly adhered to, reviewed, and optimized where necessary, so that projects can be successfully executed within time, scope, and budget.
Core responsibilities
- Managing UAV(-GC), RAW, or other contract forms throughout the entire project cycle.
- Identifying contractual risks, deviations, and opportunities, and anticipating them.
- Act as the point of contact for contractual matters towards clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Assessing and managing contract amendments, claims, and additional or reduced work.
- Ensure the drafting of contract documentation, progress reports, and evaluations.
- Managing contract managers and collaborating with project leaders, procurement, legal experts, and site supervisors.
- Providing support during tendering processes and negotiations with external parties.
- Monitoring compliance, deadlines, and administrative recording.
Job requirements:
- HBO or WO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical, legal, or business administration field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in contract management within the infrastructure, civil engineering, construction, or installation industry.
- Thorough knowledge of contract forms such as UAV, UAV-GC, RAW, and integrated contracts.
- Experience with project-based work and stakeholder management.
- Strong in negotiation, risk analysis, and process-oriented thinking.
- Communicative, strong analytical skills, and decisive.
- Experience with project and document management systems is a plus.
