Kahoot! is on a mission to make learning awesome, and we’re looking for a skilled Contract Manager to oversee our contract lifecycle management and support our global sales teams by providing commercial contract management support. As a Contract Manager, you will provide support to global commercial teams in terms of customer contracting and risk management. The Contract Manager will be the system owner/admin of our contract lifecycle management system (Ironclad). You will ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while fostering collaborative relationships across the organization. The Contract Manager position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and reports to the Director, Commercial Legal Key Responsibilities: Ironclad contract management system owner/admin. Building playbooks and guidelines (Notion guides) and process descriptions for commercial teams. Collaborate with other internal teams such as Sales Excellence on best practise processes and guides. Bachelor/Master in commercial legal, business administration or similar. 3+ years experience as contract manager, paralegal or similar. System experience with Ironclad, Hubspot, Notion is an advantage. Fluency in English is a requirement as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Detail oriented, structured and great organizational skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience working with stakeholders in sales, finance etc. is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Flexibility in working during peaks such as quarter close.
