Description

Location: Wiesbaden, Germany Position: Full-time Duties: Supervise and coordinate the work of domestic violence case managers. Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and oversee daily operations. Conduct training and provide guidance on victim advocacy services. Respond to inquiries and urgent requests within designated timeframes. Attend and participate in meetings, briefings, and program evaluations. Requirements: Master’s degree in social services, psychology, counseling, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a social service program. Strong knowledge of family violence dynamics, crisis intervention, and victim advocacy. Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with victims and stakeholders. Proficiency in program management, training, and compliance monitoring. Valid, unrestricted motor vehicle license. Note: We kindly request that all resumes be submitted in English.
