Job Description As a Contract Manager (mIfId) within our Services department, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all contract management-related inquiries. This role offers a high level of autonomy and strategic influence, making it particularly attractive to professionals with contracting experience who are used to driving results across diverse projects. You will be responsible for designing and implementing service contracts, ranging from individual agreements to comprehensive contractual frameworks. Your work will involve close coordination with customers to ensure that each contract is tailored to their specific needs and expectations. In collaboration with service management, marketing, and legal teams, you will integrate these contracts into the company’s broader business relationships. You will also work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and reflected in the contractual arrangements. A key part of your role will be to foster strong, customer-oriented partnerships—especially with key accounts—by customizing service packages that deliver real value. You will regularly review service terms and conditions and identify potential risks, working closely with the Legal department to ensure compliance and mitigate exposure. Qualifications You hold a degree in engineering, business administration, law, or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have several years of hands-on experience in the service business. This position is ideal for contract professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy cross-functional collaboration, and are motivated by the opportunity to shape strategic service offerings. Ideally, you have experience with AI and are interested in implementing new tools in your daily work. Previous experience in managing service product portfolios or working in service engineering is considered a plus. You have a talent for developing clear concepts and presenting proposed solutions in a convincing and structured manner. Your approach is analytical and customer-focused, with a strong awareness of service quality and delivery. You communicate confidently in both German and English and enjoy working in diverse, intercultural teams.
