Description

Description The CM or alternate shall have full authorityto act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation ofthis contract. The CM shall work through the COR, to resolve issues, receive technical instructions, and ensure adequate performance of services. The CM shall ensure that contractor employees do not perform any services outside the scope of the contract without an official modification issued by the KO. The CM shall ensure contractor employees understand that services performed outside the scope of the contract are performed wholly at the expense of the contractor. Requirements Leading and supporting business development and capture activities across the National Guard Bureau; Expanding opportunities within agencies such as USDA, DOJ, and other Federal organizations where your experience and relationships create strategic value; Supporting proposal development, capture planning, customer engagement, and strategic growth initiatives; Participating in executive strategy sessions and corporate planning discussions; and Helping strengthen and expand NextStep Technology's Federal portfolio.

Responsibilities

The Contract Manager acts as the primary authority for daily contract operations, coordinating with the COR to resolve issues and ensure performance. They are responsible for ensuring all services remain within the official contract scope to avoid unauthorized expenses.
