Responsibilities
  • Preparation and execution of contract drafting in the course of tender procedures and contract negotiations up to the award, in coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders for offshore grid connections.
  • Management and documentation of contract-compliant project execution in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Development of contract standards in coordination with other stakeholders, including their continuous improvement and further development.
  • Support in handling insurance claims.
  • Assistance in coordinating and implementing contractual processes in national and international large-scale projects.
  • Detailed analysis of completed contracts and evaluation of opportunities and risks arising from the respective contractual relationship.
  • Participation in shaping and optimizing contract processes as well as communication with contractual partners to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
