The successful candidate will be seconded into a prestigious client organisation in the United Arab Emirates to support the delivery of a major rail infrastructure programme. This senior level role requiring expertise in contract administration, commercial risk management and stakeholder engagement with a complex infrastructure project. What You'll Be Doing: Administer and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Support the resolution of contractual issues, variations, and claims in coordination with client and contractor teams. Prepare and review contractual documentation, correspondence, and reports. Advise on contract strategy, risk mitigation, and procurement processes. Liaise with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Minimum 15+ years of contract administration experience within the engineering and infrastructure sector. Rail project experience is strongly preferable Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is essential. Proven track record in contract administration on major infrastructure projects. Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract. Qualified and chartered by a recognized international body such as Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment. High attention to detail and professional integrity. Experience working in international or Middle Eastern infrastructure projects is an advantage.
