Contract Manager PMC (Data Centre) Location & Contract Details - Based in Johor. - 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. - Quick start date available for candidates with short or no notice period. Key Responsibilities - Take full responsibility for both pre- and post-contract administration, utilizing the FIDIC contract suite. - Manage procurement of high-value Long Lead Equipment (LLE). - Evaluate and negotiate complex contract variations. - Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims. - Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts. Requirements - Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction contract management. - At least 3 years’ experience working on high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects. - Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions. - Strong cost procurement skills. - Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems.
