Description

Are you a detail-oriented contract expert with a passion for Information Security and supplier governance? We’re looking for a Contract Manager to join our team and play a key role in aligning our supplier contracts with critical InfoSec requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Procurement to drive supplier contract remediation aligned with our Information Security standards.
  • Lead and manage commercial negotiations with suppliers to embed compliance terms.
  • Track execution progress and ensure adherence to our Supplier Governance Framework.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.
  • Apply a risk-first mindset to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.

Profile:

  • Contract management experience, ideally within Procurement or InfoSec environments.
  • Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting third-party security (e.g., DORA, GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001).
  • Sharp attention to detail when reviewing contracts and supplier documentation.
  • Ability to assess vendor security postures and align contract terms to address risks.
  • Clear, confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines under pressure.

Important: candidates need to live in the Netherlands and be available 3 days a week in the office.
